If you or an organization would like to see their local content on tv for free, you can send it in. Submission guidelines: family friendly content, no profanity or undress. The video must be 15, 30, 60 minutes. It needs to be in mp4 or Vimeo to be shown. Send all submissions to info@metrochannelllc.com.
